Job Descriptions: 

• To prepare product development protocol.
• To prepare specification as per guidelines.
• To ensure calibration of R&D equipment as per schedule.
• To ensure installation, qualification and validation new instruments in the R&D laboratory.
• To prepare STP, SOP, AWS, Logbook required for new products, equipment and process.
• To prepare method validation protocol.
• To conduct analytical method validation.
• To perform molecular and serological testing of active raw materials, finished products and R&D samples received at R&D laboratory.
• To maintain working standard and reference standard.
• To perform artwork and packaging material development.
• To ensure data integrity in the laboratory.
• To perform stability study of developed product.
• To perform other duties as per the direction of his supervision or higher management.
